By using NextThing, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

NextThing is a cross-platform Getting Things Done (GTD) productivity application. We provide the app on a free tier with optional paid upgrades. We reserve the right to modify features and pricing with reasonable notice.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must be at least 13 years old to use NextThing
• One person per account — no shared accounts

You own your data. We don't claim any rights to the tasks, projects, or other content you create in NextThing. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Don't use NextThing to store illegal content, abuse the service, or attempt to access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

• Premium subscriptions are billed through the respective app store (billing cycle to be confirmed at launch)
• You can cancel anytime — your premium features remain active until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled by the app store where you purchased the subscription

NextThing is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep the service reliable, we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service.
